Regents Timber considers its customers’ safety and well being to be of the utmost importance. In light of recent developments, we’d like to share with you our approach to COVID-19 (Coronavirus) in order to reassure you of the health and safety measures we’re taking to keep everyone safe.
We are still open and operating as normal with fewer staff, so thank you in advance for your patience.
Social distancing; you’ve probably experienced this everywhere and for everyone’s safety we have implemented distance markers at our showroom.
Orders & Deliveries
We will continue to safely deliver your item(s) as normal, on a day that suits you.
However, to give you greater peace of mind, we have put the following new procedures in place.
No-contact delivery means we:
Will leave your item(s) OUTSIDE the front of your property.
You may need to ensure you have help getting your order into your home.
Maintain a safe distance away from you and your family
At least 2 metres away, at all times
Won’t ask you to sign any hand-held devices
You’ll receive a call from our customer service team, so that you can verbally agree to receive your delivery.
You can refuse this – but unfortunately, we won’t be able to complete the delivery if you do.
As we all continue to adapt to the challenge of COVID-19 we just have a few small tweaks to the way we work to make sure we’re looking after our customers and our colleagues – but other than that it’s business as usual.
